Clear purchase terms for CSStrat website services.
These terms are meant to keep expectations clean around the tailored preview concept, paid-in-full packages, upgrades, and post-purchase buildout.
1. Tailored preview concept
City Street Strategies may develop a tailored preview concept or preview build to help a prospective client understand the direction, positioning, and structure of a proposed site. That preview is part of the sales and scoping process and is not a deliverable unless a paid package is purchased.
2. Paid in full before buildout
The Starter Lead Site and Standard Business Site are paid in full before final buildout begins. After payment, the purchased package is completed to match the confirmed scope and business details of the client.
3. Scope by package
Each package includes a defined level of work. Work outside the selected package, including extra pages, extra integrations, or materially expanded requirements, may require an upgrade or a new quoted scope.
4. Upgrade policy
A client who purchases the Starter Lead Site may later upgrade to the Standard Business Site by paying only the price difference. Additional upgrades into larger custom scope may be offered at City Street Strategies’ discretion.
5. Refunds and cancellations
These services are digital, custom, and time-based. Once a package is purchased and work has been allocated, payments are treated as final. City Street Strategies is not obligated to issue refunds for change of mind, business indecision, or delayed client communication.
6. Monthly care plan
The monthly care plan covers light post-launch support such as routine updates, small content changes, and light optimization. It does not automatically include major redesigns, additional site sections, or large new feature requests.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, service details, and contact information.
- Review requested materials and give feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Supply assets, brand materials, or approvals needed to complete the project.
- Use purchased services in a lawful and commercially appropriate way.
8. Plain-language summary
In plain English: the preview helps sell the direction, the paid package unlocks the actual buildout, upgrades are available when a client needs more scope, and all sales are intended to be final once custom digital work is underway.
